Intensive Outpatient Therapy
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
9 AM to 12 PM
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured environment, consisting of nine hours per week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM. After successfully completing the IOP, clients transition to our Relapse Prevention Program, followed by After Care for ongoing support. The IOP typically lasts around nine months, depending on each client’s individual progress. During the program, participants will develop essential skills for behavioral change and engage in discussions on biopsychosocial topics to address unhealthy thought patterns. Join us to empower your journey toward lasting transformation.
Intensive Outpatient Program Considerations
Intensive Outpatient Programs are an excellent option for people who need comprehensive mental health care but want to live at home during treatment. An IOP may be the best treatment option for you if:

-
Your symptoms have not responded to traditional therapy and medication
-
You have a strong home support system
-
You want support and advice from your peers
-
You need to attend to work, school, or family obligations while receiving care
-
You are transitioning from a residential mental health program or a PHP
-
You need medication management services
One final thing to consider is if you have the time to commit to an IOP. Your treatment will not be as beneficial if you don’t attend all your scheduled therapy sessions.
